Full Time Hotel Receptionist

You will be the first point of contact for our guests by taking and processing reservations to welcoming them into the Hotel on arrival. The reception desk is the heart of the Hotel and is a busy environment therefore the ability to multi task and plan ahead is important.

It is essential as all reservations are done via computer and the internet. A positive and friendly personality will provide customer care second to none which is vital to ensure that our guests enjoy their stay and that we exceed their expectations.

Your tasks will include:

• Checking guests in and out
• Money handling
• Taking reservations/enquiries
• Meeting guests requirements
• Answering the switchboard phone.

5 shifts per week: 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 10.30pm (varied shifts including weekend).Hotel experience preferred with immediate start.

Commis chef/Chef de partie
