Some guidelines when choosing menus:
Be guided by our team ....
- Some dishes do not work well for large numbers of guests
- Be aware of your guests' tastes - including preference for rare over well done meats, exotic or plain sauces - there could be a wide variety of different tastes to consider
- Think about the time of your ceremony - when will your guests have last eaten? Canapés served more than two hours after the last main meal often disappear quickly!
- Consider the time of year and choose dishes to suit the season
