Aided by a range of experienced and world class experts in fields of life-coaching, holistic nutrition, physical recuperation and positive life thinking, the retreat is carefully constructed to take you away from the stresses, cares and worries of everyday life. It provides a series of life-affirming activities that will introduce you to new techniques for managing stress, promoting natural energy, preventing illness and raising your spiritual well-being.
Blending the superb natural facilities which form and surround the Estate and its award winning Nàdarra Spa, with a bespoke dietary offer developed by our own chefs and experts, this unique retreat will allow you to rest and relax, experience new sensations and re-discover the inner you. Kate Chaytor-Norris trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London and qualified in 2010 ION is one of the foremost leading educational establishments to focus upon all aspects of nutrition and health from both a holistic and scientific perspective. She has been in practise for 14 years.
