Dear all,

The health and wellbeing of our guests, employees and all who visit The Coniston Hotel Country Estate and Spa are our highest priority.

We recognise the situation of COVID-19 is unsettling and to reassure our guests we are actively monitoring the situation and taking the necessary steps to provide a save and welcoming environment.

We are in regular contact with our employees and are monitoring staff activities in every department to ensure we are taking precautionary measures to ensure the highest possible hygiene standards are being met to reduce the risk as outlined by Public Health England and NHS.

As loyal guests we remain committed to adapting our booking policies as follows:

  • For existing Leisure cancellations (including accommodation, dining, spa days, 4x4 and holiday cottage bookings). All advance payments will be put on hold and encouraged to re-book before 30th September 2020.
  • For existing Corporate & Event cancellations (including accommodation of 9-rooms, conference or event). All advance payments will be put on hold and encouraged to re-book before 30th September 2020.

The above booking policy is subject to change at anytime subject to the government guidelines.

We will continue to respond based on the best advice of UK Government supported by the World Health Organisation.
