As a result of the Coronavirus outbreak across the globe, we have taken additional precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our members, customers, colleagues and community. The health and wellbeing of all who visit Nàdarra Spa is our highest priority, therefore we are kindly requesting that all members complete our online Pre Arrival Questionnaire below prior to their first visit to Nàdarra Spa. This short form only needs to me completed once, no more than 24-hours prior to your first session/class, and only needs to be resubmitted if your situation changes. If we do not receive your completed questionnaire, you may be refused entry. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Please Note: As part of our health and safety protocol, members are unable to visit the spa for the first 24 hours following their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccination.
