All You Need To Know
Following your viewing of the hotel, a date can be provisionally held for two weeks. This will allow the opportunity for you to check the availability of the Church or Registrar. After this time, the date should either be confirmed, released or the provisional period renewed. In order to confirm your wedding date, we request a non-refundable deposit of £950.
A copy of the terms and conditions will be forwarded to you for completion with the deposit request. Once the deposit is settled, there is no further payment required until two weeks prior to your wedding date.
Based on your numbers given in advance prior to your special day, an invoice will be raised for the full balance which will be payable two weeks prior to the wedding date. Any other costs incurred on the day can be settled on departure or by invoice which the Hotel will post, for which payment is required within 30 days of the wedding date.
