Pause & Reset Event | 16 May

On Thursday 16 May we are delighted to be hosting 'Pause & Reset' event with Aromatherapy Associates, to launch their brand new treatment.

From 6pm you can enjoy a welcome drink followed by an evening learning all about hormonal imbalances and remedies to help; whether you are peri-menopausal, 
menopausal, struggling with premenstrual syndrome or simply just not feeling yourself. Nutrition expert Beth Hughes will also be on hand with advice on how your diet can effect your mood.
