Class Timetable

Working out alone is never as much fun as being part of a team. Held in our Fitness Studio, our full range of classes are available daily for our members and residents (£5 charge). No matter what your level of fitness is, our class programme has been designed to challenge and inspire you.

Classes range from low to high impact and include everything in between.

Personal Training

Having your very own personal trainer can give you a full depth of training support, skills and motivation. A personal trainer gives you the opportunity to make changes to your fitness, body and health quickly and safely. The Coniston Hotel Country Estate and Spa have a wide range of services that cover all aspects of health, fitness and wellbeing. Working one to one with a personal trainer means you have dedicated support to work on your specific health and fitness goals. These goals can range from weight loss, building muscle or offer support to someone new to the gym. Our experts will design a bespoke training programme and will provide you with one to one coaching.

What happens within the session?
You will be greeted by your personal trainer and review your previous session and check how you are feeling. If the goal relates to diet the personal trainer will also discuss and review your diet and eating. The rest of the session will then be tailored to your individual goals which may or may not include cardio, body weight and free weight exercises and stretches. Weekly/bi-monthly measurements may also be taken if they are part of your goal.

What to bring with you
Wear comfortable gym clothing, trainers and bring a water bottle.
